Discovery & Discernment Process 2020

Our rector position has been posted and advertised nationally through the Episcopal church network. Please find materials regarding the search on our website. The Discovery & Discernment team met over the past four months to create a parish profile and develop a set of desired values and attributes we seek in our next spiritual leader.  The vestry added additional members to create the final Search Committee who will review and evaluate candidates and offer a recommendation to the vestry.  We will continue to update you on the process and are always available to hear your thoughts.

The Vestry has approved the formation of a team to guide the development of our Parish & Rector Profiles in preparation for the search for our next Rector.



Names are now being received for those feeling called to be the next full-time Rector at St. Martin’s by the Lake, Minnetonka Beach.
